Common questions
- I did not get my QR code.
- Open My tickets and verify the mobile number you registered with. Your codes are always there, even if the confirmation message never arrived.
- What is the difference between a green and an orange token?
- A green token covers entry and a meal. An orange token covers entry only.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from My tickets, up until registration closes for that event. Cancelling frees your place for someone else.
- Can I register someone without a smartphone?
- Yes. Register on their behalf, then bring their QR code printed or on your own phone. Volunteers can also look people up by name at the door.
